If I Wanted to Get Rid of My Lower Belly Fat, Here’s EXACTLY What I’d Do 🔥 Let’s cut the fluff—getting rid of lower belly fat takes more than wishful thinking. It takes action and consistency. If I was starting today, here are the 6 things I’d focus on: 1️⃣ Calorie Deficit: Fat loss is impossible without it. I’d figure out my maintenance calories and eat 300-500 calories below that. 2️⃣ High Protein Diet: Protein keeps you full, builds muscle, and boosts your metabolism. Aim for 1g per lb of body weight. 3️⃣ Strength Training: I’d lift weights 3-5 days a week to build lean muscle, which burns fat more efficiently. 4️⃣ Smart Cardio: 30-45 minutes of cardio, 3-5 times a week, either fasted or post-workout to maximize fat burning. 5️⃣ Consistency Over Perfection: Skipping one workout or having one untracked meal won’t ruin progress, but quitting will. 6️⃣ Track Progress Beyond the Scale: I’d focus on how my clothes fit, how I look in the mirror, and how I feel—not just the number on the scale.
