Hi friends! I’m so excited to share the supplements and vitamins I’m currently taking to manage my GLP-1 journey, specifically on Zepbound 7.5 mg. I’ve been vlogging my experience for a few months now, so if you’re starting your journey or just curious, be sure to follow along!
To help with side effects like skin changes, I take collagen (powder and gummies) daily to improve skin elasticity, along with biotin for hair health. Thankfully, I haven’t experienced hair loss, but I take these precautions seriously. For digestion and bloating, I take fiber gummies, probiotics, and occasional cleanses.
