After bacon is cooked, add in Onion and cook until translucent. Add ACV and scrape up all the bits. Add in Bone Broth, Liquid Smoke, Sweetener, Red Pepper, and salt Hit cancel on instant pot. Add in Greens to Pot. Put the lid on and lock in. Hit Pressure cook on High Pressure for 1 hour. Manually release pressure and when the pins drops, open and serve. Enjoy! Keto Baked Collard Green Dip with Nonfat Greek Yogurt Ingredients 1 cup cooked collard greens, finely chopped 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 t garlic powder 1/2 t onion powder 1/2 t smoked paprika Salt and pepper or seasoned salt to taste ________________________________________ Preheat your oven to 375°. Lightly grease a 7x7 baking dish. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the softened cream cheese. Microwave for 15-20 seconds to soften more if needed. Mix until smooth. Stir in the nonfat Greek yogurt and mayonnaise until well combined. Mix in the Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup of the shredded mozzarella, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika (if using), and salt and pepper to taste. Fold in the chopped collard greens until evenly distributed. Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Top with Remaining Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella evenly over the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the cheese on top is golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
