I am always concerned when I see these types of questions in that the poster perhaps is looking for a quick answer to their weightloss problem. In my opinion that quick answers are often wrong or temporary answers at best. Sure, it's natural to have goals and use them to motivate you. It's also natural to be curious to see how much you will lose on Induction (typically 5-10% of your total weightloss goal). Where it goes astray is that it focuses on the weight loss as being the most important part, and does not acknowledge the equally important question of what do I have to learn during Induction.
