It is a TRIP watching endomorph weight loss videos. Either they're talking about an endomorph diet for weight loss for females or men. The way they talk it's like you are doomed to forever fight your genetics. Whether You follow Christine Hronec or Gauge Girl Training or whoever online trainer for females. You will always see a lot of weight loss meal prep or macros for weight loss.
It's the same with guys, either you want to lean bulk by using macros for lean bulking as SUGGESTED by many experts, or you want to lose weight (there is also an endomorph diet for weight loss male edition), you will see a river of information overload thrown to your face.
They tell you to follow a healthy meal prep based on your body type. cut down your carbs a lot, or in some cases, even go Keto-level low-carb because they tell you that ''you need to follow certain macros to loss fat''. They say you must exercise for an hour 5-7x day and the more intense the exercise the better.
And of course, you must ALSO tack on weight lifting separately.
One video even proclaims that if you stop moving, you'll stop keeping your lost weight off. So one day you are forced to watch videos on ''how to lose weight as an endomorph'' videos. On another day you start following ''endomorph workout plans''
I mean...Wow! That's a LOT to be asking of anyone. Who thinks this is sustainable? Raise your hand if you think it is. Most people would agree that it's not for the average man or woman to follow all of these protocols and strict rules for long periods.
As an ex-endomorph myself, I can tell you there is a lot of "throwing the kitchen sink" at you happening because people don't know how to advise you tailored to your body.
So in this video, I am first going to bust the top 3 myths about losing weight as an endomorph because if you continue to believe them, everything I recommend you do is not going to make sense. After you understand the beliefs you must adopt, we will talk about what to do.
