If you look around, you will find that most people want to lose some weight. Mr. Tomar explains that based on his knowledge of weight loss science, weight loss generally begins within 48 hours, and one can lose around 8-10 kg in three months. Let's try to understand the technique and science behind it.
👉 There are three main reasons why a person gains weight:
1. Excess Fat Deposition – Fat starts accumulating in the body, particularly in areas like the tummy, lower body (such as thighs and hips), and under the chin.
2. Water Retention – Along with fat deposition, water retention also starts in the body. This is explained in detail in the video.
3. Acidity – Weight gain often leads to acidity-related problems in the body.
Today, we will learn about the fastest diet pattern for weight loss that triggers rapid fat-burning.
If we talk about the hormones responsible for weight gain, there are two main ones:
1. Insulin – Insulin is produced by the pancreas and circulates through the blood. It reaches different organs and signals them to store fat.
2. Glucagon – Glucagon works opposite to insulin. It reaches the organs and instructs them to burn fat instead of storing it.
👉 This means that if the level of glucagon in the body increases, the opposite will happen, and weight will start decreasing rapidly.
Now, if we talk about food, it contains two types of nutrients:
1. Micronutrients
2. Macronutrients
Micronutrients include fat, protein, and carbohydrates. If we analyze their contribution to weight gain:
Fat contributes only 5% to weight gain.
Protein contributes 15%.
Carbohydrates contribute 80%.
This means that the more carbohydrate-rich food we consume, the more insulin will be released in our body, leading to increased fat storage. Therefore, we should focus on eating foods that have low net carbohydrates to promote weight loss.
