Bei der Wahl der Übungen hab’ ich eine neue Routine zusammen gestellt, für jeden machbar ist – egal welches Fitnesslevel. Kein Springen, keine Jumping Jacks und keine Burpees - versprochen!
Eines ist auf jeden Fall sicher – dieses Workout verbrennt eine Menge Kalorien aber wird dich überfordern!! Auch wenn’s erstmal hart klingt – es wird dir Spaß machen und ich bin mir sicher, dass du mindestens genauso viel Spaß haben wirst wie ich.
Die Musik ist genial und die Side-Notiz, dass das Workout „nur“ 10 Minuten dauert macht es auf jeden Fall erträglich.
Normalerweise versuche ich mich in den Workouts mit der Erklärung und Anleitung kurz zu halten. Diesmal musste ich immer wieder mal meinen „Senf“ dazu geben, damit du trotzdem durchhältst (oder musste ich mich sogar selbst motivieren :P ) …. eeegal!

Wir brauchen keine Geräte, kein Equipment, noch nicht mal eine Sportmatte – jegliche Ausreden haben wir somit aus dem Weg geräumt. Was wir jedoch brauchen ist ein Sportoutfit, indem wir uns wohl fühlen.
Jede Übung powern wir 40 Sekunden lang durch. Zwischen den Übungen erwartet dich eine 20-sekündige Pause, um dich von der Belastung zu erholen. Stell dir auch gerne etwas zu trinken bereit. Falls du mehr Pausen brauchst - NIMM SIE DIR ♥️
Hör auf deinen Körper und arbeite mit ihm - & niemals gegen ihn.
Das solltest du noch wissen: Es liegt mir sehr am Herzen, dass sich niemand, absolut niemand, durch meine Workouts schlechter fühlt. Meine Home Workouts sollen dich herausfordern aber nicht überfordern. Du sollst dich besser und wohler in deinem Körper fühlen und gemeinsam mit ihm an deinem Ziel arbeiten - niemals gegen ihn. Wenn du mehr Pausen brauchst, nimm sie dir - es ist okay!
