1. I walked or did mild exercises
2. I ate no fast food. (McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell)
3. I drink all kinds of tea without any sweeteners, especially Rooibos tea. This tea is excellent for diet changes and weight loss (even Dr. Oz recommends it)
4. I stopped eating so many desserts. I designated a "cheat" day.
5. I incorporated Chromium Picolinate into my daily supplements. This helped minimize my desire for sweets.
6. I didn't wait until I was hungry to eat. I planned my meals in advance.
7. I drank water and Apple Cider Vinegar to burn unwanted fat.
8. I used a slimming belt when I exercised and for an added boost I sucked in my stomach while exercising.
9. I did a salt water cleanse twice during the 30 day period to flush out impurities in my system.
10. I stopped eating after 6pm.
