I was 232lbs, had a 40 inch waist, was pre-diabetes and had a slew of other health problems. Through proper nutrition, cardio and weight training, I reversed my poor health, burned 40lbs of fat, built muscle, slimmed my waist to 31-inches and in 2013 became a 2x NPC Men's Physique Champion.
