Welcome back to a new update as I continue to lose weight and improve my health and fitness through a combination of diet, exercise and a weekly dose of Mounjaro (GLP1 weight loss injection).
Follow along as I share my experience (as a 30-something guy in the UK) of using Mounjaro to finally lose weight once and for all.
