I decided to do it myself, hope I got it right! If you’re an arm injector please let me know. My weightloss has stalled and slowed recently. I chose to inject in the arm because I heard that weight loss increases if you do! I will update next week what happened. The advice is to inject in the thigh, stomach or arm. I have previously used thigh and stomach as my injection sites. This was the 10mg dose. I hope to move up to the 15 mg dose. I have no underlying conditions. I am not Type 2 Diabetic. Nor am I pre-diabetic. My A1C is perfect. I have no previous experience of taking weight-loss medication. I am sharing my journey with an update on side effects, weight loss, appetite. Mounjaro (Tirzepatide) is manufactured by Eli Lilly. It is FDA approved for T2D, but not yet solely for weightloss in non diabetics. It is a weekly injection which is GLP-1 and GIP medication. It is prescription only and, if eligible, can be obtained for $25 a month with manufacturer’s coupon. Starting on January 1 2013 at 252 pounds I have lost 17 pounds in 16 days taking 1 375 Raspberry Ketone tablet with 2 meals per day. No sodas, and drinking 10 8 oz glasses of water per day. No exercise is being used in this test. My weight gain has slowed, maybe I just lost water weight the first week, but these are the results. But we will see with this diet.
