A good warm up for this workout is to perform 8-12 minutes of cardio (any type you like) until you just begin to sweat. Then you should stretch the muscle groups you are going to work. Go through all five exercises with little to little rest in between. Rest 2 minutes after you complete all five exercises. Go through the entire circuit 3-4 times.
