I think intermittent fasting is the best method for fat loss because it allows you to live a good lifestyle without worrying about food to much.
Another reason why intermittent fasting works for fat loss is the freedom of food choices as well as psychological benefits. You basically have a cheat day every day on this diet. You don't need to eat six boring small meals a day.
