Fat Loss Weight Gain Misconceptions Loss 30kg In One Month
2018년 1월 1일 업로딩한 '무.조.건! 뱃살 빠지는 운동 BEST5'... 실제로 저희가 뱃살을 뺄 때 가장 많이 도움되었던 동작들을 루틴으로 엮어 소개시켜 드리자라는 심플한 취지 아래 좁은 거실에서 찍어 올렸었던 그 영상... 벌써 1년 9개월이 지난 지금 저희 부부를 말할 때 빼놓고는 말할 수 없는 대표 영상이 되었고, 지금 돌이켜 생각해보면 그 당시 힘들었던 상황(좁은 거실 열악했던 환경에서 찍을 때 둘이 서로 티격태격도 많이 했네요)에서도 영상을 찍어 올리길 잘했다는 생각이 듭니다. 그 영상을 현재까지 수 백번을 피드백 해보면서 '더 잘 찍었어야 하는데...' 매일같이 생각했습니다. 그리고 약 2년이 지난 지금 드디어 업그레이드를 기획해 보았습니다. 영상의 루틴, 흐름만큼은 그 어떤 영상들보다 따라하기 쉽고 효과도 뛰어나기에, 해당 루틴에 심화 동작을 5개 추가하여 총 10가지 동작의 영상으로 업그레이드 해보았습니다. 그래서 오늘 소개해드립니다.
