Hi workout warriors! We are back, and today's routine involves a medicine ball. This is a great tool to make the workout more challenging, but if you do not have one you can still use any other ball around the house. The workout consists of 5 different exercises: squats with swings, dead lifts, side chops, lunges with overhead arm raises, and planks with knee twists. Make healthy choices by selecting items low in fat, sodium and sugar. Keep up the good work!
