I can't afford Jenny Craig but it's been said one of the tricks to losing weight is telling everyone you are going to do itand have them watch the changes. Kristy Alley is one of my heros. I remember seeing her in Star Trek The Movie and then the last two years her goal to get back into shape. Unfortunately even if the system works the majority of us can not afford Jenny so we do what we can with what we got. In Silent Movie Style this is an attempt to do comedy. Perhaps this will motivate others to do their own tapes. These next two days this is what I'm having For breakfast -a cup of black coffee no cream no sugar, two eggs sunny side up prepared with a little evoo , grapefruit juice. For lunch -black coffee and a spinach omlet using two eggs. For dinner boiled cabbage, two hard boiled eggs,cottage cheese and a piece of dry toast beverage.... water H20 Agua nada mas:) Eggs have been reported as being good/bad so don't try this without doctor's approval. My motivational song is Mountain by Michael Massimo and I have two belly dancing tapes for exercise Short belly dancing example of Veena and Neena belly danicng tape. They are the best. They smile all the time and make it look easy. I said look easy. It isn't LOL
