Liver Diseases and Diet
Hepatitis (diet for hepatitis)
गर्मियों मौसम में पीलिया हो जाता है याफिर बहार का खानपान रखने पर भी पीलिया हो जाता है उसे hepatitis कहा जाता है और यह ज्यादातर heatitis A या E वायरस के वजहसे होते है। Hepatitis का सबसे पहला लक्षण है की इसमें patient की भूक चली जाती है और उलटी होना शुरू होती है। इस दौरान घरका खाना , खाना चाहिए। यह खाना संतुलित होना चाहिए और जबतक patient की तबियत ठीक ना हो तब यह आहार का सेवन करना चाहिए। इस दौरान मरीज़ को ताजा खाना देना है उसके साथ ही साथ पानी की मात्रा अच्छेसे रखनी है।
Cirrhosis (diet for liver cirrhosis)
यह बीमारी जब होती है तब ३-४ प्रकार के complications होना शुरू होते है। यह काफी chronic बीमारी है। इस बीमारी में आहार का महत्व बोहोत ज्यादा होता है। इस बीमारी में patient का पेट फूल जाता है , तो थोड़ा भी खाना खानेसे पेट और भी फूल जाता है जिसके वजहसे बाकी सारे अवयवों पे pressure पड़ता है तो इसलिए आहार संतुलित होना बोहोत जरुरी है। खाने कम रहे तो भी calories से भरा हुआ होना चाहिए। जीने जरोदार है या cirrhosis है उन्हें पेट में पानी भरकर नहीं रखना चाहिए क्योकि इसके वजहसे बाकी का खाना नहीं जायेगा। इस बीमारी में kidney पे असर होता है और शरीर में से नमक का प्रमाण कम होने लगता है इसलिए नमक पे काबू रखना चाहिए। पानी की मात्रा कितनी रखनी इसके बारेमें अपने डॉक्टर से राय ले।
Non-Alcoholicfatty liver (diet for fatty liver)
जो बीमारिया शराब के वजहसे होती है या दूसरे अन्य कारणों से होती है उन्हें Non-Alcoholic fatty liver disease कहा जाता है। यही बीमारी गलत जीवनशैली के कारण होती है। इसलिए हमारे lifestyle पे काबू पाना है। खाना समय पे खाना है। हमे nutritionally balanced और balanced meal खाना है। अपने शरीर के बिच के हिस्से में fat होने नहीं देना है। coffee का सेवन लिवर केलिए बोहोत अच्छा होता है। इसलिए हमे हमारा आहार संतुलित रखना है और अपनी जीवनशैली अच्छी बनानी है।
