When preparing your breakfast, make sure to add protein-rich foods.
A simple modification like swapping a bowl of cereal for scrambled eggs and sauteed veggies can go a long way in helping you shed pounds.

The problem with liquid calories is that they don`t make you feel full the same way real food does.
