1. Hormones control fat! Hormones control fat burning and the storage of fat.
2. Fat-burning requires an enzyme known as hormone-sensitive lipase. Hormone-sensitive lipase works to dissolve fat. It’s triggered by a decrease in insulin.
3. To burn fat, you need to lower insulin. You can lower insulin by doing the following:
• Don’t go on a low-fat diet
• Eliminate snacks, even healthy snacks
• Don’t consume “healthy grains” which turn into sugar
