Hello! this vlog/review video is all about the juice cleanse diet that I did this January as a detox. I bought a five day course of cold pressed juices from a company called Nutriseed in the UK.
Each day you have five juices and no food! the idea is to cleanse and detox your body, plus lose weight and bloating.
This is an intense diet! and pretty hard to stick to! if you want to see how I got on then I vlog my experience in this vid and end with a review of the juice diet.
Most people want to know how to loose weight fast, this diet certainly does that! I personally found it better as a detox tool, but loosing a bit of the bloat is defo a bonus!
