Shockingly the majority of athletes and even trainers don't know what you're about to learn. They think that they can get a six-pack because they have superior genetics or because they know how to perform special abdominal exercises. But that's simply not true! You just have to do 2 things - #1 eat less and #2 move more. That’s it!
Yes, following the latest fad diet and HITT-workout craze is confusing and difficult. So, I've actually created a foolproof system based on what I discovered during my research. I call it the “HI-ER” Shred System. It’s the ultimate solution to transform your sedentary lifestyle into one that's vibrant, active, and beach body-ready. A high-protein diet coupled with intermittent fasting will smash your nutrition & calorie goals. And, early morning cardio along with resistance training will melt the fat and build lean muscle.
This is very easy to do. Let me show you exactly how it works. A, assess your current state which may be something like this. B, picture your desired future state which may look something like this. To go from A to B, you’ll need to determine exactly how much fat you have to lose and exactly how much muscle you have to pack on.
For example, in my case to go from love handles to washboard abs, the “HI-ER” Shred system computed that I had to lose 42 pounds of fat and gain 10 pounds of muscle. Then, my easy-to-use app guided me through the whole “HI-ER” process.
- [H] In my case, it told me that to hit my calorie goals, I had to consume 172 grams of protein split over 3 quick delicious meals and 2 yummy protein shakes.
- [I] And it directed me to eat only during a feeding window between 9am and 7pm as per my intermittent fasting schedule where I fasted for 14 hours and ate fairly healthy for the remaining 10 hours
- [E] For early morning cardio, my app provided a few 20-minute exercise options to do just 3 times a week. So, I chose walking on an incline treadmill at a moderate pace on M, W and F.
- [R] Lastly, in terms of resistance training my app recommended a few 30-minute workouts to do just twice a week. So, I chose an upper body strength training routine on T and a lower body strength training routine on Th.
While that sounds like a lot, all in all, I spent just 2 hours exercising each week!
