Walnuts are good for thyroid health, try to include them in your diet if you have thyroid issues
uncooked oats contain phytic acid so to neutralise it curd or any fruit juice is a must.
There is not problem with adding curd and milk together as long as it is not heated
cinnamon helps to burn belly fat, so including cinnamon in your diet is beneficial for losing stomach fat and also get its benefits.
Make sure you use good quality cinnamon preferably the outer bark which is the first quality. I used locally acquired cinnamon.

They’re claims that are sure to make this latest keto product an easy sell for ‘Shark Tank’, a US TV reality series. No surprise that the new liquid supplement now has a deal with one of the show’s investing stars. Game-changer or guilty pleasure – just like those cupcakes?
In the following article, we analyze Liquid Keto and its appearance on the Shark Tank to determine whether it is the future of ketosis supplements or simply more overblown trend that will fade away and be forgotten.
We’ll take the ingredient list of Liquid Keto, we’ll look at the science behind the claims, we’ll take a look at some of the people who have tried the drink, and in the end we’ll see what the sharks have decided.

Ingredients in Liquid Keto
One of the selling points of the Liquid Keto pitch is an ingredient list of each of the nutritions and vitamins that, in addition to promoting greater satiety, will also supposedly help the body achieve ketosis faster. Each bottle of Liquid Keto contains a rock star, a molecule that specifically promotes the expedited start of ketosis by providing our body with a readily available source of ketones: beta-hydroxybutyrate, or BHB. BHB is an example of an ‘exogenous ketone’ – a molecule synthetically manufactured outside of the body. The other ingredients include medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), from coconut oil, a fat – easily converted to ketones in the liver – derived from fats. And vitamins and minerals to support one’s health.
Liquid Keto, they claim, contains magnesium, potassium, calcium, sodium, BHB and ‘C8 MCT’ (a fatty acid that proponents say has numerous health benefits) – all of which ‘combine synergistically to help the body convert fat to energy quicker, accelerating weight loss and revving your energy levels.’ Alongside the ‘journey of my drop-two-sizes transformation’, devotees of Liquid Keto enthusiastically recount the product’s simple mode of preparation on the marketing website – but, for all it’s touted benefits, some are skeptical of the product: is all this stuff actually working together to bring about ketosis in the body? (‘The efficacy of exogenous ketones such as BHB in prompting ketosis, Kit [a scientific journal] observes, is a topic of debate among experts in the field’) and, if the product is expensive, is it really cheaper and healthier to secure ketones via dietary change?
That is, the only way to know is to try it and see if Liquid Keto is the right supplement for you, and in turn, whether taking it helps you or not. Just as with any supplement, Liquid Koto may work for some people and not for others. If you have any underlying health issues or take any medications that could potentially interact with any of the ingredients added to Liquid Keto, speak with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplementation regimen.
Science Behind Liquid Keto’s Claims
Nevertheless, on balance, you come down in favour of the HVMN’s exogenous ketoses such as BHB, more than a year on there is even some anecdotal clinical data that suggests that a ketogenic supplement could provide a weight-loss and metabolic boost. Boosting ketones supplementally seems to enhance performance – physical stamina as well as mental concentration – while blunting appetite. In the meantime, we should be wary of all the hype and get on with eating right and leading healthier lifestyles in the real world.

Following his pitch for Liquid Keto, the B actress Rashesia and her brother decamp to the evaluation room where they’re pounced on by a bevy of cynical Sharks, intrigued by Bs potential and claims. ‘That’s the hardest part, is getting to ketosis,’ suggests Mark Cuban. ‘So what if you make it a little easier?’ ‘Nobody wants to be taking this the rest of their lives. ‘Once a person is where they want to be with their health and goals, do they need [to continue using] this supplement to stay keto?’ challenges Kevin O’Leary. None of the Sharks invest. Liquid Keto appears to be too little, too late in a keto-product space that’s become clogged with too much too late. Rashesia and her brother’s real-life product has never come to be.
As to whether the Sharks are too hard on this product, I don’t see much to worry about here and could drag out the audience applause as the best possible metric. The answer to this question is that you can feel quite confident that Liquid Keto is not a likely Shark Tank cash cow at the end of the show. That’s because, so far at least, not one of the companies that got the greatest audience applause on the show ever got a Shark deal. To be fair, there are examples of Shark winners that didn’t do all that well with the audience either, but the suggestion has been made that the audience impression at Shark Tank is a pretty good leading indicator of the prospect for Shark Tank firms to do well in the long haul. Sometimes, it’s just that audiences are fickle. In any event, though, audience adulation and easy agreement won’t rescue a ‘bad idea’. nor can it be counted on to rescue what could well be a very bad product and not likely to be a very successful product on the market either. Because here’s the kicker to all of this: Shark Tank winners do really well in the market even when the Sharks pillory and belittle them in a very harsh manner. Smart money is brutally cynical. If the Shark Tank judges showed Edison what patents were already in place for the light bulb, say, he might have been less certain that his smart bulb was that brilliant after all.
Therefore, whether you wish to try Liquid Keto or any other keto supplement is really up to you – do your research, figure out what’s best for you and your health goals, and do what you feel is right for you.
