GLP1 meds aren't magic injections. I've lost 35 pounds in 6 months. It's been slow and steady, so not too much loose skin. Semaglitude is just a tool, and trust and believe I've had to work hard for the past 6 months. I eat smaller healthier meals, avoid sweets, drink plenty of water, do light exercise, and use a vibration plate 3-5 days a week. One thing I will do is celebrate achieving different milestones.
