Often these mistakes people make, such as going into a calorie deficit. However, this results in nutrient deficiency, one could feel lethargic and lazy and the body will not recover better. Always eat foods with less calories but with high nutrition value like veggies ( in volume), Ayurvedic herbs, whole foods and avoid processed food.
