High intensity cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Now why would you want to do this? It's because over the period of sleeping you are going anywhere between 8-12 hours since your last meal from dinner of not having any food in your system. These are things that will give you energy and give your body energy without storing fat and water on your muscle. 3. Make sure you are increasing your protein and your essential fatty acid intake. So things like Almonds, Walnuts, Macadamia nuts, Olive oil, Avocados. Also making sure that are getting good lean protein sources of protein, you are going to up that as well, too. Your body is going to really need to depend on these for energy fuel sources as well as make sure your muscles are staying lean, strong and maintaining them while and dropping that weight so quickly.
