First I'd like to say that I have purchased this product.
To be honest, I was surprised at how good the guides were. I was expecting a hastily slapped together PDF, but I was surprised by the quality. I've seen a million products that are supposes to help you "lose belly fat and get abs"; this program is totally different and maximize the results. I'm not kidding, check out the link for more pictures of other customers.
You need to have the right mindset before starting any new fitness program. You need to stay motivated by seeing actual results, I'm think exactly the same way, I've bought 9 different programs in 2011, more in 2010. From what I've seen I think the majority of people will find this program easy to follow and will see results. I don't have a "Schwarzenegger" six pack yet, but I do see some pretty noticeable changes. I'm sticking with it because it's easy to scale into more advanced techniques.
This program WILL give you a washboard stomach/toned abs; however it will also help you maintain this for the rest of your life. Some of the tips will make you say "why didn't I think of that??" I think most people will get tremendous value.
