There is only so much planning ahead you can do and there are too many variables in our lives that we rarely can completely control. What we can control is how we react emotionally to our progress. Instead of looking at progress slowing down as a reason to quit, look at it as an opportunity to learn more about what is happening with your body. One thing we know for sure is that consistency will bring you much more progression over a long period of time vs deciding to quit stopping your progress entirely.
