Hey everyone!
This week was much calmer, but also super specialโI turned 29! Itโs my last year in my 20s, and I couldnโt have asked for a better way to celebrate.
My birthday was a day to remember. It started with a beautiful winter walk in the snow, followed by some friendly competition with bowling alongside my closest friends and family. Afterward, we celebrated with cake, a few drinks, and an evening of laughs in the hot tubโit was perfect!
Despite the birthday celebrations (and even a cheeky takeaway), I stayed focused this week and was determined to undo the damage from last week. Iโm thrilled to say I lost the 4lbs I had gained! It just goes to show that even with special occasions, you can still stay on track and make progress.
