In this video, we’re going to talk about three ways to get your body to burn fat by tapping into its own fat reserve.
First, you have to lower your carbs to between 20-50 grams per day. If you have a slow metabolism, try consuming even less than 20 grams of carbohydrates each day. In the presence of sugar, your body won’t burn fat.
