Repeat this sequence twice as fast as you can.

This workout is one of my go-to routines that has helped me achieve some incredible personal milestones, like losing 20 pounds and completing two Ironman triathlons. Yes, I’ve been through it all – the long hours of training, the grueling mental and physical battles – and this workout represents a piece of that journey. We’ll begin with sprints to fire up your metabolism and boost fat burning, then move into pull ups, where we’ll focus on strengthening the upper body, including your back and biceps. From there, we hit dips, which are fantastic for building strength in your triceps and chest. Next up is an intense core workout to get your abs working hard and sculpt that midsection. We'll follow this with push muscles, incorporating exercises like push ups and shoulder press to target the chest, shoulders, and triceps. Then, we shift to pull muscles, emphasizing movements that target your back, traps, and biceps.
After hitting those strength-building exercises, we dive into an intense HIIT section to really get your heart pumping and burn fat. Finally, we finish with compound movements to hit multiple muscle groups at once, ensuring a full-body burn. To wrap it all up, we’ll go through a series of mobility exercises to improve flexibility, promote recovery, and prevent injury. As a bonus, at the end, I’ll be sharing my progress pics so you can see the transformation that’s possible with consistency and hard work.
