HEALTHY BROWNIE RECIPE Ingredients: 2 eggs 1 cup mashed banana (3 medium sized bananas) 2 tsp peanut butter 2 tsp honey 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup ground oats (or oat flour) (100g) 1/3 cup cocoa powder (35g) 1 tsp baking powder Preparation: In a large bowl, mash the bananas using a fork. Add the eggs, softened peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract. Whisk until it's well combined. Add the ground oats, cocoa powder and baking powder. Gently fold until you get a smooth and shiny batter. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Line baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the batter, smooth the top and bake at (35-40) mins on low flame by using kadai..or in oven 350F (180C) degrees for 20-25 minutes.. Remove from kadai/oven and let it cool completely.
