Is Kfc Grilled Chicken Good For Keto Diet
Find out about the 7 worst diets for your health. They have a lot in common!
0:00 Introduction: Avoid these diets
0:42 The Jenny Craig diet
1:38 WeightWatchers diet plan
2:13 Nutrisystem diet
2:44 Ideal protein diet
3:28 Optifast diet plan
4:20 Medifast diet
Here are the 7 worst diets for weight loss and your health.
1. Junk food version of the Atkins diet
The Atkins diet brand sells shakes and bars full of unhealthy ingredients such as soy protein isolate, soybean oil, artificial flavoring, and polydextrose.
2. Jenny Craig diet
This diet consists of pre-made meals and the “anytime bar” that contains soy protein isolate and concentrated milk protein. Jenny Craig pre-made meals contain synthetic starches such as potato flour, cornstarch, modified food starch, and maltodextrin.
3. WeightWatchers
This diet is based on portion control. WeightWatchers sells a brand called Smart Ones, which makes chicken pasta that contains wheat flour, wheat gluten, maltodextrin, soy protein isolates, and soybean oil—the same ultra-processed ingredients found in junk food.
4. Nutrisystem diet
The Nutrisystem diet claims to be diabetic-friendly but uses the same ingredients, such as polydextrose and maltodextrin. Maltodextrin is 185 on the glycemic index compared to sugar, which is 65.
5. Ideal protein diet
The ideal protein diet is not ideal! Wheat protein isolate is just another name for starch, which is a chain of sugars.
6. Optifast
This medically supervised diet program consists of three main types of food: shakes, bars, and soups. The first ingredient in their chocolate shake is maltodextrin!
7. Medifast
This “scientifically designed” program consists of 6 servings per day. One of their products is called the essential chocolate mint cookie crisp bar. Once again, this bar contains soy protein isolates, sugar, polydextrose, soluble corn fiber, brown rice syrup, milk protein isolates, and rice starch.
If you use these ultra-processed ingredients to lose weight, you will destroy your metabolism! These are very poor quality ingredients that do not promote health. They are the prime contributors to diabetes and obesity, yet they’re in “diet” foods.
To lose weight, consume whole foods and read ingredient lists! Just because a product is labeled “keto-friendly” doesn’t mean it’s healthy.

Today we’re going to talk about a unique remedy that can enhance fat burning while sleeping.
98% of fat burning occurs when a person is sleeping. Just by fixing your sleep pattern, you can burn belly fat fast. If you’re not getting deep sleep, you’re probably not burning fat. Actual weight loss happens in the recovery phase (at the time of sleep) after your exercise or workout.
During the day you’re eating. But you can’t eat while you sleep. So, while you sleep your fat is being converted into energy and is being burned through a hormone called growth hormone.
The growth hormone gets activated at night and helps support your body in losing belly fat. But, stress can stop the growth hormone. One big cause of sleeping problems is stress. If you’re stressed, you might not be sleeping, and then if you’re not sleeping, you’re not burning fat.
You may need a sleep remedy that will remove stress from your body so you can relax and get into a deep sleep, which will then promote fat-burning. You may want to consider trying my Sleep Aid to help with this.

The 13 Superfoods Needed For Fat Loss: http://go2.sixpackshortcuts.com/SH3Yf
Check Out Thomas' Channel: http://www.youtube.com/TheTDeLauer
Good Morning, SixPackAbs.com - Thomas Delauer here today to break down the #1 most-nutritious superfood ever. I'll be breaking down the science behind how it helps you detox, what it does within the body, and, quite frankly, what it is... I'm talking about Spirulina.
Let's get right to it:
0:35 - Spirulina is a microalgae that's been consumed for centuries.
0:56 - Spirulina is one of the most nutrient-dense foods. It's made up of 60-70% protein. Gram for gram, Spirulina is the most protein dense food in the world.
1:28 - When consuming spirulina, you're getting 10 non-essential and 8 essential amino acids in a full vegan/vegetarian form.
1:47 - Spirulina is high in chlorophyll - one key component to detoxing. Spirulina contains 10 times more than any other green vegetable out there.
2:13 - Chlorophyll helps build red blood cells. When combined with the magnesium also found in spirulina, this causes a powerful detoxing process of toxins out of the body that also helps oxygenate your blood, helping to also relieve oxidative stress.
3:13 - One study published in the Journal of Clinical Toxicology looking at patients having arsenic poisoning and the effects of using spirulina to remove the toxin from their bodies. Results showed that spirulina extract plus zinc twice daily for 16 weeks may be useful for the treatment of chronic arsenic poisoning.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16615668
4:07 - Phycocyanin is cyanobacteria that exhibit a blue pigment in Spirulina, while allophycocyanin is a protein that exhibits a red pigment in spirulina. The presence of both of these helps to naturally increase white blood cell levels.
As always, keep it locked in on the channel, and don't forget to: "Like" "Share" & "Subscribe to SixPackAbs.com
I'll see you next time,

Envy Weight Loss Pills Reviews A Comprehensive Look At Their Efficacy

Still Eating Bread? You Might Be Blocking Fat Burn #fatloss #fatlosstips #weightlosstips #glp1
You’ve been told:
“Cut all carbs to lose fat.”
“Rice and bread turn into fat.”
“Only keto works.”
But real science says something smarter.
You can enjoy carbs — and still burn fat — if you eat them the right way.
This isn’t keto.
This is science-backed, sustainable fat loss — for real life.
🔬 SCIENCE-BACKED STRATEGY
✅ 1. Combine Carbs with Protein and Fiber

Title: Effect of Macronutrient Composition on Postprandial Glycemic and Insulinemic Responses
Journal: Nutrients, Vol. 14, Issue 14
🔗 https://www.mdpi.com/2072-6643/14/14/2966
🧠 Key Insight:
Meals combining carbs with protein and fiber lead to a slower blood glucose rise and improved insulin sensitivity.
→ Don’t eat rice or bread alone. Add eggs, tofu, or veggies.
✅ 2. Change the Order of What You Eat
📖 Shukla et al. (2015)
Title: Food Order Has a Significant Impact on Postprandial Glucose and Insulin Levels
Journal: Diabetes Care, Vol. 38, Issue 7
🔗 https://diabetesjournals.org/care/article/38/7/e98/37247
🧠 Key Insight:
Eating protein and vegetables before carbs significantly blunts glucose and insulin spikes.
→ Eat chicken and greens first. Then rice. Simple switch, powerful impact.
✅ 3. Start Your Day with Protein
📖 Jakubowicz et al. (2017)
Title: High-energy breakfast based on whey protein reduces body weight, postprandial glycemia and HbA1c in Type 2 diabetes
Journal: Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry
🔗 https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0955286316306532
🧠 Key Insight:
A high-protein breakfast boosts GLP-1, suppresses hunger, and improves fat oxidation across the day.
→ Start your day with protein — not just toast or coffee.
📌 Summary
You don’t need to eliminate carbs to burn fat.
You just need to eat them strategically:
✔ Combine carbs with protein and fiber
✔ Eat protein first, carbs last
✔ Start your day with a high-protein breakfast
No crash diets. No extreme keto.
Just smart, science-backed fat loss — that actually fits your life.
