What I eat in a day to lose weight.
I am on a weight loss journey so have been on a calorie deficit of 1400 calories. I have lost 14 pounds whilst doing this on & off, I have struggled to be consistent but have still managed to lose weight slowly. Please do your own research for your calorie deficit as it really is different for everyone. This is what works for me and my body type.
Breakfast:
Tesco Porridge Oats with s/s milk - 92 cals
Honey 15g - 50 cals
Lunch:
Fitfoods Taco fries - 476 cals
Snack:
Marshmallow rice crispie square - 120 cals
Dinner:
Pitta bread - 145 cals
Chicken Thigh (Piri piri) 1 and half - 224 cals
Taco sauce 15g - 41 cals
Lettuce 20g - 4 cals

Dessert:

Total Calories: 1406
