Zucchini-Nudeln mit Pesto
Zucchini-Nudeln sind eine gesunde Alternative zu herkömmlicher Pasta und enthalten deutlich weniger Kalorien und Kohlenhydrate. Für das Pesto benötigen Sie frisches Basilikum, Pinienkerne, Parmesan, Knoblauch und Olivenöl. Alles zusammen mixen und über die rohen Zucchininudeln geben. Zutaten: 2 Zucchini, 1 Bund frisches Basilikum, 50g Pinienkerne, 50g Parmesan, 1 Knoblauchzehe, Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer.
Anleitung: Zucchini mit einem Spiralschneider zu Nudeln schneiden. Basilikum, Pinienkerne, Parmesan, Knoblauch und Olivenöl mixen. Pesto über die Zucchininudeln geben und mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
Linsensalat mit Feta und Tomaten
Linsen sind reich an Proteinen und Ballaststoffen, die lange satt halten und die Verdauung fördern. Für den Salat die Linsen nach Packungsanleitung kochen und mit gewürfeltem Feta, Tomaten, roten Zwiebeln und frischen Kräutern vermischen. Mit einem Dressing aus Zitronensaft, Olivenöl, Senf, Honig, Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
Zutaten: 200g grüne Linsen, 100g Feta, 2 Tomaten, 1 rote Zwiebel, frische Kräuter, Zitronensaft, Olivenöl, Senf, Honig, Salz, Pfeffer.
Anleitung: Linsen kochen, mit Feta, Tomaten, Zwiebeln und Kräutern vermischen. Dressing aus Zitronensaft, Olivenöl, Senf, Honig, Salz und Pfeffer zubereiten und über den Salat geben.
Gefüllte Paprika mit Quinoa
Paprika sind reich an Vitamin C und Ballaststoffen, die das Immunsystem stärken und die Verdauung unterstützen. Für die gefüllten Paprika Quinoa kochen und mit gewürfeltem Gemüse wie Zucchini, Möhren, Tomaten und Lauch vermischen. Die Mischung in die Paprika füllen und im Ofen backen, bis sie weich sind.
Zutaten: 4 Paprika, 200g Quinoa, 1 Zucchini, 2 Möhren, 2 Tomaten, 1 Lauch, Gewürze nach Belieben.
Anleitung: Quinoa kochen, mit gewürfeltem Gemüse vermischen. Paprika aushöhlen, mit der Quinoa-Gemüse-Mischung füllen und im Ofen backen.
Gebackener Lachs mit Brokkoli
Lachs ist reich an Omega-3-Fettsäuren, die entzündungshemmend wirken und das Herz-Kreislauf-System unterstützen. Für das Gericht den Lachs mit einer Marinade aus Zitronensaft, Olivenöl, Knoblauch und frischen Kräutern einreiben und im Ofen backen. Dazu gedämpften Brokkoli servieren.
Zutaten: 4 Lachsfilets, Zitronensaft, Olivenöl, Knoblauch, frische Kräuter, Brokkoli.
Anleitung: Lachsfilets mit Marinade einreiben, im Ofen backen. Brokkoli dämpfen und zusammen mit dem Lachs servieren.
Vegetarische Gemüsesuppe
Eine leichte Gemüsesuppe eignet sich hervorragend als gesunde Mahlzeit zum Abnehmen. Für die Suppe verschiedene Gemüsesorten wie Karotten, Sellerie, Lauch, Zucchini und Tomaten in Gemüsebrühe kochen und mit Kräutern und Gewürzen abschmecken.
