This is a 20 minute beginner’s full body workout routine for both men and women that you can do with minimum equipment at home. Of course, the gyms have now been open but how really safe are they is questionable. But not to worry. Having doing this workout myself from the last 3 months, I assure that it can definitely replace your workout in the gym. It will not just help you build muscle and lose that extra fat but also will bring about true shape of your body. I have designed this workout in the form of 4 circuits of 4 minutes each tapping almost every major muscle group. Follow along.
00:44 - CIRCUIT 1 - Full Body Stretch and Warm up. It includes 8 exercises. Each exercise for 20 seconds along with10 seconds of rest. The aim is to get the blood pumping and prepare your body for the 3 upcoming circuits.
04:44 - CIRCUIT 1 ends. Take rest for 30 seconds. Do some deep breathing. Sip some water if you want to.
04:55 - CIRCUIT 2 starts. It is a set of 8 exercises focussing on strength training. Again 20 seconds of work and then 10 seconds of rest. If you are a complete beginner, do not worry. I will showcasing beginner moves alongside.
09:07 - CIRCUIT 2 ends. Take rest for 30 seconds.
09:16 - CIRCUIT 3 starts. It is a set of 7 exercises each for 30 seconds with 10 seconds of rest. The focus is on arms, shoulders, biceps and back. It involves the use of dumbbells. Although, if you do not have dumbbells, no problem, use 2 filled water bottles instead. You dumbbell weights that you are comfortable with.
14:04 - CIRCUIT 3 ends. Take rest for 30 seconds. Breathe in and breathe out deeply preparing your body for the final circuit.
14:15 - CIRCUIT 4 starts. This circuit is focussed on the core, the abdominal muscles. The abs exercises are easy but effective.
18:24 - CIRCUIT 4 ends. You have killed the full body workout. Well done.
18:25 - Cool down.

Step 2. Eat a 0-to-300 calorie meal after eating your raw fruits & veggies so...
You’re going to eat 0-to-300 more calories (of anything you want) based on how hungry you are as long as don’t eat more than 300 calories at each meal after you follow step 1 by eating raw fruits and/or veggies or drinking 8oz of V8 but as far as eating anything you want...

Now Your second option is that If you’re busy then instead of doing 20-to-40 minute workouts you can do any of my fat loss workouts or ONLY 10 minutes BUT do them 2-to-6 times a day at least 4 days a week.
For your 3rd option Since There’s nothing magically about my workouts – you can do other workouts like t25, insanity, tae-bo, fitness blender youtube channel, JM or p90 if you want to but whatever workout you choose to do…Make sure the workout is a high intensity workout that seriously kicks your butt in 20-to-40 minutes but overall… whatever workout you do it MUST follow the 10 workouts listed at nowloss.com/i if you seriously want to lose 20 pounds in 3 eeks
For your final and 4th option. Dr Khalid Jamil was an Assistant Professor Urology at Sheikh Zayed Hospital and Kidney Transplant Center, Lahore. In 2003, he was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and High Blood Pressure and was prescribed oral medications, exercise & diet control. In 2016, he was put on insulin due to increase in urea creatinine and retinopathy. The deteriorating health led Dr. Khalid on a quest to find answers. He started intensively studying Type 2 Diabetes, its’ prevention and cure. He consulted doctors but none were able to give answers to his questions. Then finally, he stumbled upon a YouTube video of Dr. Jason Fung, that video proved to be a life changing moment in Dr. Khalid’s life. Dr. Jason Fung is a Canadian nephrologist who claimed 100% cure and reversal of Diabetes via intermittent fasting and some lifestyle changes.
A doctor himself, Dr. Khalid extensively studied Jason Fung’s theories. Now, since 2018, he is on a ketogenic diet and doing intermittent fasting with walk and exercise. He is off the medicines now and his creatinine levels are also back to normal.
Dr. Khalid is no longer practicing Urology and has instead made it his mission to educate people on social media about what he has learned & practiced so that they are also able to cure 80-90% of all diseases caused by Insulin Resistance.
