Starting blood sugar: 474
Blood sugar high: 120 (last Weds before injection)
Blood sugar low: 78 (Yesterday)
Blood sugar average this week (week 16): 94.16
Blood sugar average last week (week 15): 92.14
Weight this week (Week 16): 159.4 lbs
Weight last week (Week 15): 166.4 lbs
Gain/loss this week: -7 lbs (in one week!)
Starting weight 225-250 lbs (not real sure as I stopped getting on the scale past the 220 lbs milestone. Denial is a real thing y’all).
Starting weight day 1 of Mounjaro (Week 1) 185 lbs. Began Mounjaro for the Type 2 diabetes primarily. Losing some lbs would be a bonus.

5am – Foot/ankle pain woke me up. 1 more week until my podiatrist appt.
10am – 1 egg over easy on a bed of chili.
4pm – Dinner. Left over roast and carrots.

Blood sugar – 98
6am – Slept great last night. Feeling 100% better than previous few days. Foot pain did not wake me for once this morning. It’s still there, but nowhere near as painful as previous days/weeks.
12:30pm – Feeling great! Looking forward to another 4 oz steak tonight. Leftover from my 10 oz steak from last night.
4:30pm – Dinner. Roast and carrots. Small portion.

2am till 5am - Many trips to the bathroom. BMs. Loose. After the 5am trip began to feel much better.
Slept until 9:30am. Woke feeling much better.
10am - Ate an apple.
4pm – 6 oz steak. Small potato.

Blood sugar - 86
Spent the night going to the bathroom and feel nauseous. Threw up a few times. Miserable night.
Slept most of the day. Felt terrible. Headache. Pukey.
2pm – Vomited again. Nothing by saliva.
Have not eaten since Thursday.
4pm – Ate ½ apple.
