But there are a lot of issues with really measuring these results and it’s always going to be very individual. What’s more, is that it’s not that profound compared to other free methods. Like more sleep. Like more sunlight. Have you done that first? Also: a boost in testosterone won’t turn you into superman. You’re not suddenly going to be alpha with bigger muscles and loads of energy and confidence. In all likelihood: you won’t notice any difference. And really… it’s incredibly silly trying to track down some random herb or mushroom that grows on the sunny side of a special mountain when there’s a full moon. Like… what are we doing? Just lift weights! And anyway… what are you meant to do? Take all these things? Do you now take the Tongkat Ali AND the Shilajit? And the ZMA, Turkesterone, Tribulus, Rhode Rosea??
