In this weight loss update, I share how being taken off blood pressure medications has impacted my progress in April, and what has happened since starting back on medications. I also share how I've been doing with meeting my goals.
I started taking Mounjaro/GLP-1 in March of 2023. I have been diagnosed to be Pre-diabetic, have PCOS, have high blood pressure, and asthma. I am in my mid (pushing late) 40's and I am starting what I hope to be a life changing journey to live a healthy and happy 2.0 stage of life.
