When I started my transformation, I want to lose body fat fast. So, I started working with different people in fitness industry and trying to figure out what's the fastest way that I can use to lose the most amount of body fat. I discovered that, the fastest way to do it, which is been used by professional athletes to get down like 5% body fat. Over and over again. What is it and how does it work? Any why is it so effective? Well, first of all, what it is, is manipulating your hormones, to target fat cells. So, how do you do that? Okay, by making few simple tweaks to your nutrition. Some explain what that method, it is called, Cyclic ketogenic diet or in simple terms it's called carb cycling. And it's very simple…on some day you're eating high protein, high fat diet. And on other days you're eating high protein, high carb diet. Now, what it does, it switches your metabolism over from a carb metabolism where you're using carb for fuel into fat metabolism where you're using fat for fuel. So, what happens is you're using the glycogen in your muscles and as the glycogen starts to pleaded you're body switches over to fat burning mode and start to target specifically the fat cells for energy. Alright? Then, after a few days, your body adopts, just like any body cells adopt. So, fat loss start to slow down, and this is where people start to plateau, and that's why carb cycling is much more effective.
