I highly suggest using it if you're not eating meat off the bone, skin (pork rinds), eating gelatin, bone broths, or finding other connective tissue. IMHO, unless you're in keto for medical reasons and need to stay at therapeutic levels, the blood sugar bump from a few grams of glycine before bed is worth the improved sleep.
Definitely still don't think it should have been in a product marketed towards keto though.
