I lost 130 pounds of fat and it transformed my body in many ways. fat loss transformation is real and every physical part of me changed in some way. my joints had less pressure on them. My feet didn't hurt 24/7 my foot pain is nearly non existent. That doesn't disregard the years of damage obesity did to my body but getting all that weight of my joints and spine and heart litterally saved my life and growing in height was just an added bonus!
