My name is Kamille Smith and I'm a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. Before starting Fitsique, I worked as a teacher in the school district for over 10 years. While working as a teacher, I realized how much I neglected my self-care. In 2020, during the pandemic, I began exercising on a whim and fell in love with how taking care of my body made me feel. I noticed that several health conditions became much more manageable due to having a consistent exercise routine and nourishing my body with the food it needed.
