It's not easy to bounce back from discouragement along the journey of weight loss and healthy living, but sometimes you have to just move on. That is what I am attempting to do in this video. Also, trying to be better about meal planning in week 4 of my Mounjaro journey!!
I started taking #Mounjaro/#GLP-1 in March of 2023. I have been diagnosed to be Pre-diabetic, have PCOS, have high blood pressure, and asthma. I am in my mid (pushing late) 40's and I am starting what I hope to be a life changing journey to live a healthy and happy 2.0 stage of life.
I started documenting my weight loss and health journey immediately, but only recently gained the courage to share my video diaries with the world. In my videos I discuss my results, side effects I experienced, what I ate throughout the week, and what tips and tricks I learned to assist me along the way. Since I started down this road, there have certainly been ups and downs. My hope is that by sharing my experiences, I can be a help to others who might be just getting started or who continue on a journey of weight loss and healthy living, just as others have been for me on this platform.
