Usually when you are hungry you are more likely to eat the high carb comfort foods that are bad for your waistline. Solution: eat smaller more frequent meals with protein at every meal, snack on a few nuts in between meals like almonds, which are full of fibre and curb hunger, and avoid heavy high carb meals like pasta, pastries, bread and pizzas.
