Dumbbell Lunge To Overhead Press
Hold a dumbbell in each hand just above your shoulders and stand with your feet together with your palms facing in. Stepping forward with your right foot, lower your body until your knees are bent 90 degrees. Without leaning or bending at the waist, press the weights directly over your shoulders. Return to the starting position as you push back to standing. Do 3 sets of 12 repetitions each.
SKIP FOR 1 MINUTE REST FOR 30 SECONDS
Deadlift To High Pull
Hold a dumbbell in each hand in front of you with your palms facing your thighs. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent.
Hinge forward from the hips, slowly lowering your torso until it's almost parallel to the floor. Keep your back slightly arched and your core engaged. Hold this position for 3 seconds, squeeze your glutes and push your hips forward to return to standing. Pull the dumbbells up to your chest by bending your elbows out to the sides and raising your forearms. Return to the start. Do 3 sets of 12 repetitions each.

Keeping your core stabilized, step back with your right foot and lower into a reverse lunge. Squeeze your glutes as you push down through your left heel and kick your right leg in front of you as you straighten your left leg. Do 3 sets of 12 repetitions on each side.

Use a medicine ball that's big enough for you to place both of your hands on it. Get into a push-up position. Place your left hand on the ball and your right hand on the floor, and do a push-up. At the top of the exercise, walk your right hand onto the ball, place your left hand on the floor, and do another push-up. (Beginners: try these on your knees.) Do 3 sets of 5 repetitions to each side.
