Да, можно и пирожное, и роллы, и свинину, но вопрос - как много? Нужно помнить о главном: вес СНИЖАЕТСЯ тогда, когда вы потребляете МЕНЬШЕ калорий, чем ТРАТИТЕ. Посчитаем: человек тратит 2500 калорий в день, а съедает 2000. Чтобы работать, организму нужно где-то добрать (помимо пищи) 500 калорий. Он будет вынужден использовать свои запасы жира - вы худеете. И всё. Что важно. Даже если вы питаетесь правильно, вы можете и НЕ худеть, если набираете много калорий. Также, "кушать мало" (маленький объем) - это не равно "худеть". Те же 50гр полезных орехов имеют калорийность 700гр яблок! Сила в балансе. Чтобы худеть комфортно, нужно НАЕДАТЬСЯ меньшим количеством калорий. Кушать больший объем, равный меньшей калорийности.
