After that, I can just open up the eBook. First, I will scroll down and show you the Table of Contents. As you can see, there are around 13 sections and 66 pages. OK, now I am going to read the eBook and then get back to showing you what it is about.
OK, The 31 Day Fat Loss Cure shares with you 5 different 31-day programs and you should choose of them and follow it for 31 days. The programs include a beginner's and advanced version for both working out at the gym and home as well as one for seniors with injuries. Let me now zoom to the section on the beginner's at home workout to let you have an idea of it. As you can see, it shows you the 6 exercises in the workout (Page 33). You can click the links for the instructional videos and it will direct you to the online videos. These videos teach you step-by-step how to perform each exercise so that you will know exactly how to do them. It then teaches you 8 workout routines comprising of these exercises (Page 34-35). Your 31-day workout plan would then be to either do one of the workouts or rest for a each day (Page 36-37).
The other section I would like to share with you is the one on nutrition. Basically Vic Magary's nutritional philosophy is "If a caveman couldn't have eaten it, then neither should you" (Page 52). It tells us not to eat anything that is not from an animal or the ground. It also lists some foods and the serving you should take (Page 53-54). As you can see it includes vegetables, fruits, protein, fats, carbs, and beverages. Besides that, it also tells you to avoid certain foods and drinks during your 31-day workout program (Page 54-56). Let me give you have a peak at one of the food to avoid - whole grains. It shows you an example where cows are fed with whole grains 30 days before slaughter to make them as fat as possible. Similarly, if you eat whole grains you would be gaining extra weight a year.
