Non starchy preloading soup:
1 onion, chopped coursely
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
2 celery ribs, peeled and sliced
1 tomato, chopped
2 cups of shredded cabbage
2 cups frozen broccoli
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp hot paprika (or regular)
1 tbsp vegeta soup seasoning (or any soup seasoning)
black pepper to taste
Cover everything with water (about an inch above veggies). Bring to a boil and then simmer until all veggies are tender (approx 40 mins). Blend or serve as is. Enjoy!
