1️⃣ YOU’RE EATING TOO MUCH
A large number of people who have trouble losing weight are simply eating too many calories. Many people tend to underestimate their calorie intake by a significant amount. If you are not losing weight or body fat, I recommend started to weigh your foods and tracking your calories/macros.

2️⃣ YOU’RE DRINKING TOO MUCH ALCOHOL
If you enjoy alcohol, but want to lose weight, it may be best to stick to spirits (like vodka) mixed with a zero-calorie beverage.
OR
If you are serious about your goals, cut it out completely.
Beer, wine and sugary alcoholic beverages are very high in calories. Keep in mind that alcohol itself has about 7 calories per gram, which is high!

3️⃣ YOU’RE EATING TOO LITTLE
(Not eating enough 😔)
It is not a good idea to "diet" for too long. If you've been losing weight for many months and you've hit a plateau, then perhaps you just need to take a break. Also keep in mind, you may have lost weight, but not fat. Which is why you still do not see the definition and toning that you desire (listen to my explanation in the video)
Up your calorie intake by a few hundred calories per day, sleep more and lift some weights with the goal of getting stronger and gaining a bit of muscle. 💪🏽
