Keep slowly adding calories over a few weeks and months until you get to the point where you feel like it's hard to eat much more, now you're ready to enter a fat loss phase.
However, you HAVE to pair this with a good strength training program. Don't try to do a bunch of cardio and think about 'burning it off', think about BUILDING muscle and your metabolism. Muscle is the most metabolically active tissue in the body and requires lots of calories to fuel it. The extra calories from your diet will be partioned to building muscle and not fat if done correctly.
Once you drop your calories, the fat should come falling off since your metabolism has adjusted, making it easy to lose and sustain the weight loss now that your maintencance calories have increased so much.
